This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable for the level of service and amenities provided. The attention to detail was evident in the clean and tidy rooms, as well as the excellent bath facilities, including a private bath that could be booked for each room. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to both the train station and the ski bus station.
All in all, this hotel was a great place to stay and I couldn't find any faults.

The location of the hotel is excellent, only a short walk away from the main street and from the skiing area. We also appreciated the private outdoor hot spring that we could reserve for our own use. the room we stayed in was very clean and tidy, and we were happy to have a separate toilet from the sleeping area.
There was no meal included in the price, which made it more expensive than we expected. We also found that the soundproofing of the rooms was poor, as we could hear our neighbors next door.

Spending Easter in this cozy hotel was a great decision. The staff was very friendly, and they made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect and close to the Ropeway station, which allowed us to enjoy nearby attractions easily. The hot spring outside was amazing! We had a private onsen bath, and it was a unique and relaxing experience.
The lack of breakfast options, but we believe this could be due to the specific situation on that day. , the hotel was a bit far from the train station, and if you had a lot of luggage, you might struggle to carry it the 500 meters.
